1. Information we collect

  • Account information: full name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number.
  • Identity verification (KYC): government ID documents and proof-of-address you submit for verification.
  • Transaction data: deposits, withdrawals, Pod purchases, and referral/commission activity.
  • Technical data: basic session and device information needed to operate the portal securely.

2. How we use this information

We use member information to operate your account, process deposits/withdrawals and Pod purchases, calculate partnership commissions, verify identity where required, communicate service updates, and meet applicable legal/compliance obligations.

3. Storage and security

Member data is stored in our managed cloud database (Supabase/PostgreSQL) with row-level access controls, and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. KYC documents are stored in access- restricted storage, viewable only by authorized administrators for verification purposes.

4. Third-party processors

Deposits are handled directly by PENOLD. You transfer USDT to our published wallet address, or funds to our published bank account, and our team verifies the payment against the reference you submit — no third-party payment processor receives your information. We use Supabase for database, authentication and document storage, and Resend to deliver transactional email. PENOLD does not sell member data to third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as additionally required to meet financial record-keeping and compliance obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to our ability to retain records required by law) by contacting us through the Contact page.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
