Governance

Corporate discipline.

Every project that receives PENOLD capital is sponsored by an investment committee, structured by counsel, and reported on quarterly. Capital movements are reconciled monthly. Total annual incentive expenditure is hard-capped at 10% of platform sales (absolute ceiling 15%).
